摘要：
The purpose of the paper is to reveal the features of the organizational and managerial culture in universities. The main objectives are: to clarify the correlations between the organizations and universities and to specify ways of culture development in higher education institutions. This comparative analyze is made in order to find possible improvement directions for the university activities.
