摘要
The objective of this research work was to propose a technological platform for the data network of Internet service provider companies. It was supported by the theories of Desmouceaux (2019), Tawfique and Vejseli (2018), Grijalva (2017), among others. The methodology was descriptive and field based according to the criteria of Hernandez, Fernandez and Baptista (2014), Arias (2012), among others; The same postulates used to justify the population, which is the same technological platform as the data networks of Internet service providers in general. On the other hand, the data collection instrument consisted of a structured interview oriented to experts in the telecommunications area. For the procedural development of the research, it was divided into 5 phases, namely; Phase I: Characterization of the services of Internet provider companies, Phase II: Determination of the parameters of the technological platform for the data network of Internet provider companies, Phase III: Design of the mechanisms of the technological platform for the network of data from Internet provider companies, Phase IV: Selection of the equipment that will make up the technological platform for the data network of Internet service provider companies and Phase V: Verification of the operation of the technological platform for the data network of companies Internet service providers. Finally, the results were analyzed and later the proposal of the technological platform was made, concluding that the best proposal is the one made up of Mimosa and Mikrotik equipment, due to their high-performance resistance compared to the rest.
