摘要：

In the axially chiral title compound, C14H9N5O12, the dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 86.0 (8)degrees. In the crystal structure, the molecules display a two-dimensional framework formed by weak intermolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds.
