摘要：
The article analyzes the existing forms of cooperation between public and private partners through the creation of new organizational associations whose aim is the implementation of joint investment projects - specialized companies of project financing and joint ventures, reveales the necessary conditions for the application of these mechanisms, depending on the amount of available financial resources of the project participants. It considers the mechanism of participation of public partners in specialized companies of project participation.
