摘要：
The goal of bank capital regulation is to achieve sustainable development. It means the combination of quantity increase and quality improvement, efficiency improvement of bank itself and the whole financial system. In this paper, the author summarizes the changes of bank capital regulation based on Basel III, and analyzes comparatively the current situation and problems of bank capital regulation in China. At last, the author puts forward several suggestions for commercial banks to achieve sustainable development.
