TRANSCENDENT OR INTEGRATIVE LEADERSHIP: A NEW PERSPECTIVE FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING?

摘要
Putting a strategy into practice can be a very challenging task, especially in turbulent times, when the strategic planning process becomes more a result of an emergent strategy rather than a deliberate one. The concept of 'transcendent' or 'integrative' leadership influences the process even more, but is also able to control it and generate solutions. We have adapted an existing model of strategic planning by adding the influence of leadership and proposed a potential new model, which can help organizations understand how they can design successful strategies by using the power of their leaders.
