摘要：
According to the reality of Chinese outward foreign direct investment (OFDI), this paper finds dual paths of OFDI, namely, path-wise OFDI and inverse OFDI. On this basis, this paper explores the mechanism between OFDI and domestic trade structure, and then tests the mechanism by data from 1984 to 2008 of China. It finds OFDI improves Chinese trade structure strongly; also, both industrial structure and R&D utilization rate can stimulate the improvement of trade structure; the exchange rate is not an important factor to the adjustment of trade structure.
