摘要
This study investigates the fire behavior properties of photocurable thiol-ene networks. The ability to tune thermal stability parameters and fire performance indices is demonstrated by simply mixing and matching various thiol and ene monomers during network fabrication. Cone calorimetry experiments performed at different external irradiations (25, 50, 75 kW/m(2)) show that the rate and degree of combustion for the various thiol-ene networks are dependent upon network composition with the most rigid network showing the lowest peak heat release rate (PHRR) and higher time to ignition (t(ign)) values.
