摘要
Corporate Social Responsibility is a popular topic in present Chinese business and academic circle. On one hand, it is human nature that most owners of businesses want to positively contribute to the society. On the other hand, cost-controlling is very important and also tough task for entrepreneurs, especially those of SMEs because taking CSR will increase the costs at least in short term. This paper tries to analyze the long-term benefits of taking CSR and provide a motive for entrepreneurs of SMEs to engage their businesses in CSR.
