摘要
This paper describes an initiative to improve the object-oriented software process in a running development project. In addition to improving forward engineering, the new software process was required to include reverse engineering of existing poorly documented source code. For implementing the improvement measures, an incremental and iterative style was applied which turned out to be very effective.
