Method for the design of information protection systems

Problems that arise in the course of designing information protection systems on the basis of an integrated approach are considered. Variational problems of optimal choice of protection strategies in the presence of information constraints and constraints on the cost of the attainable systems effect are solved. Assumptions from information theory relative to the new area of study are developed through introduction of a probabilistic penalty function and by taking into account the second initial moment of a random quantity of information about an opponent.
