摘要：

This paper discusses the development and change rules of housing industry's organizational structure during the process of the housing industrialization, and explores the change of scale structure in housing industry in order to meet the developing demand for industrialization. Then it points out the development goal of organizational structure of the housing industry, and proposes the rules of disassembly, recombination, union, purchase and combination, as well as deriving new industrial subject in housing industry. At last, it clarifies the main process in the evolution, and offers scientific basis for industry development.
