摘要
Contract manufacturers need streamlined, project-oriented ERP solutions to process multiple main orders with adequate speed and economic efficiency. Contract manufacturers manage multiple main orders simultaneously. As they manufacture one-off products, they have to create each project individually. For efficient and economical organisation of their low-margin projects, CMs should be able to enter and maintain the required parameters in a company-wide ERP solution as quickly as possible. Once running projects as well as those planned for the following work days have been incorporated, utilization of construction, programming and machine workstations can be planned and controlled accurately. To bridge the traditional gap between the technical and Commercial processes involved in production engineering, order management must be linked to the NC programming and machine control systems to provide a comprehensive, automated flow of information. This dispenses with repetitive data entry, while increasing data quality. At the same time, the employees involved gain transparency in order controlling. As the ERP solution can comp re the budget figures of the quotation with the actual values from production, the profitability of each individual order can be quantified exactly.
