摘要
For the design, evaluation and control of production systems, simulation has proven to be a powerful tool since it can achieve results nearly equal to those from the real systems. In this paper, the architecture. and features of an object-oriented simulation tool, namely OSim, are described. Applying OSim, a typical case system is modelled and simulated. A principle regarding how to evaluate the current system model is provided, and it is also used to evaluate the current system model in the case study. Through a modelling and simulation experiment in the case system, an optimised model is configured. This model could be used as a decision support model or an initial reference model.
