摘要
An aerospace traffic management system will be a complex endure yet worth the effort, as establishing such a system should delay the next aerospace traffic catastrophe. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how applying Systems Thinking is used to identify and understand an aerospace traffic management enterprise's establishment. The Systems Thinking processes of identifying interrelationships and understanding effects and effectors through diagramming are steps in the eOSO's plan to acquire such a system. This paper maintains a strategic view while investigating an aerospace traffic management system. The resulting feedback- and causal-loop diagrams form a basis for structural and mathematical models and simulations planned in the eOSO's acquisition strategy to be published at the 3rd World Space Congress. This material is original with respect to the International Academy of Astronautics' Cosmic Study on Space Traffic Management because of the Systems Thinking approach to managing air, space and aerospace objects and actors.
