Improvement of the Romanian business environment

A crucial factor influencing the investment decision is the existence of a clear, stable and predictable business environment. In order to achieve this objective, we need on the one hand a better regulation, and on the other hand the setting of a series of business initiative support means. Therefore, an Action plan for the removal of administrative barriers in the business environment was drafted and its implementation led to the simplification of the legislative and administrative procedures related to competition-based business initiation and development influencing the effectiveness of the licensing and approval process.
