摘要
The duration for carrying out a complex action varies between two moments imposed by certain technical and/or economical considerations, namely from one high tide to one low tide moment. As the duration of the project has numerous implications on the cost, it is very important to determine the duration of a complex action corresponding to a minim cost. Thus, the paper presents a modality in which WinQSB software can be used in solving such types of problems, namely the critical path analysis (CPA), the efficiency of the method being illustrated by three analyses.
