摘要
Technological innovation is a key factor in the high-tech enterprises to gain competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development. As the world economic integration and the deepening globalization of knowledge, companies rely on internal resources to have a competitive advantage has become increasingly difficult. As an important part of corporate capital, it has a profound impact on the development of social capital will have high-tech enterprises, good social capital can improve the technological innovation capability of enterprises.
