摘要：

This paper first describes the network management basic knowledge of related technologies and trends. Then discuss the typical model network manages model and according to distributing of CORBA object model., analysis contrasted its merit and shortcoming. Focus on the last one in the CORBA distributed object middleware technologies such support, how do we establish a new network management information model and system framework, Put forward homologous system structure.
