摘要
Although this is happening for a long time, we wanted to study the phenomenon according to which teachers are focused on their own than on how students react to the lessons and to the dynamics of the learning process. This behavior leads to a lack of efficiency in the teaching process and, of course, in the learning demarche. The article presents a psychological research on teachers' personality. Starting from some preliminary observations of the authors, the Agreeableness of teachers was measured, as one of the Big Five personality superfactors. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
