摘要
In today's global economic integration, the direction of global innovation is moving toward open innovation, and in the open innovation environment, cross-organizational, cross-regional open innovation teams have become the main carrier of knowledge innovation. In the open team knowledge innovation process, it is one of the most important factors in improving the knowledge innovation capability and innovation efficiency of the team that distributed knowledge is acquired accurately and integrated rapidly. In this paper, a knowledge integration method for innovation teams based on social tagging in an open environment was proposed. Further, a corresponding model describing this technique was constructed. This method is classified into tacit knowledge integration method and explicit knowledge integration method. Based on the knowledge integration method for innovation teams based on social tagging in an open environment, the high level of match between the knowledge and the knowledge requirement can be selected for the team member.
