摘要
A mathematical model has been developed to determine the cost-effectiveness of digital-hull production in shipbuilding. The main indicators of costs for production processes and modernization of production are determined. The forecasting of changes in the level of costs during the transition from the current technology to the technology of manufacturing structures using 3D model information is carried out. All costs are divided into areas according to the enlarged technological process. Formulas for determining the costs of the stages of the production process are derived: design of hull structures (creating a model), place preparation for production (production of parts sketches, development of control programs, metal cutting, production of contour sketches), production of parts in a body-processing workshop, assembly of units and sections in body-assembly production shaping the hull on the slipway. The formula for determining the feasibility of modernization is derived and the payback periods of the new technology are determined. The result of the work is the deduced dependencies that determine the feasibility of introducing digital technologies, both at each stage of the production process, and in the manufacture of the entire case as a whole.
