In professor Aza Alibekovna Takho-Godi's interview, given to "Voprosy filosofii", describes the contacts of the outstanding Russian thinker Alexey Losev with scholars from Germany (J. Irmscher, H.J. Mette, A. Haardt, M. Hagemeister) USA (G. Kline) and Poland (K. Kumaniecki, E. Czaplejewicz), established since the 60s, despite the general Soviet policy of restricting communication with foreign philosophers and classical philologists, as well as about Losev's publications in international scientific journals.
