Law and order: towards a new paradigm looks into conceptual origins of legal policies aimed at reducing existing crime rate in the Republic. The authors argue that these policies should be reinforced by a set of economic and social strategies. These conclusions are based on the analysis of the latent crime, white-collar crime, corruption tendencies, financial violations, and organized crime. Tatarstan made some progress in this sphere.
