摘要
The iteration method of angular spectrum is applied to the calculation of the Fabry-Perot-resonator of a microchip laser with the given geometry. The resonator contains a phase diffraction optical element serving for the formation of a Gaussian or super-Gaussian emission beam. The maximum values of the diameter of the output aperture of a laser and the beam waist, at which the convergence of the iteration process holds (i.e., the undistorted output beam is formed), are evaluated.
