摘要：
The article carries out the analysis of influence of commercial banks in the leading countries with market economy upon the establishment and development of technoparks. Effecient forms of the technoparks crediting by commercial banks are outlined. Improved forms of influence by the commercial banks of Ukraine upon the establishment and development of national technoparks are offered.
