Composition dependence of transport properties in Co-Cu granular films

摘要
Extraordinary Hall effect (EHE) and Magnetoresistance (MR) were measured on a set of granular CoxCu100-x films prepared in the same run by electron-beam evaporation in a wide range of compositions (10 < x < 70). It is shown that near the percolation threshold a sharp drop of magnetic scattering occurs in these films. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
