摘要
Veterinary profession requires students not only have a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge, but also should have rich practical skills and excellent clinical experience. With the development of economy and pet boom, the market has raised higher and higher requirements for the training of veterinary professionals. In this paper, the author describes the current situation of the rapid development of pet medical treatment industry and the uneven veterinary professional skills. Combined with the training of veterinary talents in Tianjin Agricultural University, the main training methods of veterinary expertise in China were analyzed, including practical, training, conference communications, professional skills competitions, and so on. By the way of diversified training, the depth of veterinary professional knowledge has also been greatly improved. This paper may contribute to provide some reference for people who pay close attention to the training of talents in the animal medical industry.
