摘要
Badminton is one of the sports which people love to see and hear. It has a good promotion effect on our physical and mental health. Due to the high intensity and load of badminton sport, sports injury is inevitable in sports. This article analyzes the joint injury in the common damage parts of the badminton and injury reasons, and then describes the methods of prevention of injury and rehabilitation after injury means for badminton enthusiasts reducing sports injuries, providing a certain Reference and help while they doing physical exercise or improving the level of badminton skills.
