摘要
In this paper we analyse the properties of the waves excited in the interaction layer between the shocked solar wind and planetary plasma on the dayside of non-magnetic bodies. We compare the predictions of existing models for Venus, Mars, and Titan. It is concluded that the currently available measurements at Venus and Mars are not adequate to distinguish between the models, but at Titan the difference between the predictions is significant.
