Tuning the photophysical properties of an ionic conjugated polymer through interactions with conventional polyelectrolytes

摘要
A study was performed on tuning the photophysical properties of an ionic conjugated polymer (ICP) through interactions with conventional polyelectrolytes. Under the influence of polyelectrolytes, the polymer chains were extended and ordered. Maximum effect was achieved with a polyelectrolyte having the same charge nature as the ICP.
