摘要
For the practical problems that all kinds of precise holes need deburring and finishing, this paper proposes a new process to finish the surface of precise hole through gas-particle two-phase swirling flow. It analyzes the formation of the swirling flow field and the circumstance of the suffered force of the spherical particle. The microcosmic rolling and gliding characteristics that the spherical particle moves helically along the surface of machined hole are determined. It also illustrates the action of the micro-grinding with scraping and scoring, rolling. As the result, it turns out to be the main factors and basic principle that affect the finishing effect from the theoretical point of view.
