摘要
In this paper, the application of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive appraisal on social effects of projects has been studied. The principles for setting up index system have been analyzed, and the index system has been set up according to projects of construction. Models for multi-level fuzzy comprehensive appraisal have been offered and relative calculation steps have been given according to project instances.
