摘要
Reasons of frequency dependence of the coercive field of ferroelectrics observed in the experiment are investigated. It is shown, that presence of the mentioned dependence could be connected with decreasing of probability of the activating process, which is responsible for the switching, with the increment of frequency. Dependence of value of the coercive field of frequency of switching applied field is obtained. This dependence coinciding with the experiment was obtained for different mechanisms of the domain wall movement in the scope of the domain walls lateral movement model.
