摘要
The electronic structure of a clean W(110) surface and the surface with a chemisorbed W atom are calculated. The local density of states (LDOS) at the chemisorbed atom has a sharp resonance peak at the Fermi level consisting of d- and s-states and a peak of p-states 0.3 eV above this level.
