摘要
The world has witnessed an exponential development of digital technology with the advent of connected objects and the Internet of Things. All economic sectors are affected, leading to the fourth industrial revolution, called "Industry 4.0", which all industrialized countries are seeking to develop. In parallel, the global evolution of the microelectronics industry has strongly evolved during the last 20 years, towards mass production in the far East. The European companies have thus oriented their activities towards design without manufacturing. This evolution if it seemed economically interesting has led to the loss of knowledge and especially know-how at the European level, namely at the French one. In a situation of economic and sanitary crisis, supply difficulties have resulted in the definition of a strategy to boost production that is the goal of the new national recovery plan. In this context, it is necessary to build new plants but also to have the skills and know-how. The training of engineers, masters and technicians is of utmost importance. After having detailed the context and the needs manifested by the electronics and microelectronics sector, this paper deals with the approach of the national microelectronics training network to face these challenges which are as well French as European.(1)
