A Form Error Modeling Method of the Roundness Based on Process Matching

摘要
In order to realize the simulation and forecast of the high precision system performance, and to explore the form error law of parts based on process matching, a form error modeling method of the roundness for a cylindrical shaft part machined by precise turning was proposed. The roundness data of the shafts was measured by a roundness measuring instrument. The data was fitted with the least-square circular method, and the simulation experiment verifies that the 8 time polynomial fitting meets the precision requirement.
