Coherent propagation of ultrashort light pulses in three-level inhomogeneously broadened systems

摘要：
Spectral and kinetic characteristics of stimulated superradiation and stimulated photon echo are studied in media with two sublevels in the ground state optically coupled with a third level. The pulse shape and output emission spectra are calculated versus the ratio of dipole moments of the transition and inhomogeneous broadening of the luminescence line. Conditions for conservation of the population (information) on the second level are studied.
