Bulgaria and the global system of intellectual property rights protection

On January 01, 2007 Bulgaria joined European Union and met the challenge together with all other member states "to transform Europe into a dynamic and competitive knowledge based economy, capable Of Sustainable economic growth". As a state with old traditions in technology and science, Bulgaria met the EU key initiatives of redeployment efficient intellectual property protection with a legislation, which is fully harmonized with that of European. The presence issue has the main task to show that the Law regulations of intellectual property (IP) rights protection in Bulgaria through years follow the world's tendencies of I P protection practice and to show the main ways of receiving legal protection for all kind intellectual achievements.
