Research on performance evaluation of enterprise informatization based on BSC and ANP

In this ever-changing world, the implementation of enterprise informatization (EI) is a must for the Success of a company The performance evaluation of EI is critical to understand how EI contributes to enterprise objectives and determines the future development of EI. In this paper we develop an evaluation indicators system which based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC). As interdependent relationship exists among the indicators and the analytic network process (ANP) is a relative new multiple criteria dccision-making method which can deal with all kinds of dependences systematically, ANP is used. In addition, fuzzy mathematics and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) are adopted in the evaluation method This method, which overcomes the limits of traditional AHP and combines the evaluation merits of accurate and fuzzy indicators, makes the results of evaluation more objective.
