摘要
This paper presents a novel method which is proposed to improve the lateral misalignment tolerance of wireless power transfer (WPT) system when the layout of two transfer coils are preoptimized for dual-transmitted WPT system. With the misalignment of the receiver coil, a scheme was proposed to adjust the input voltages of two transfer coils in order to achieve effective power transmission with high efficiency. For two transfer coils, we get the coupling coefficient between the transfer coil and the receiver coil using electromagnetic simulation software, and optimize the layout of two transfer coils. Then we calculate optimal input voltage of each transfer coil and verify the enhanced performance via circuit simulations in terms of the power transfer efficiency compared to the conventional WPT system which consists of the transfer coil and the receiver coil. Simulation result showed the efficiency of the proposed WPT system could be improved when large misalignment occurred. The proposed scheme can play an important role in the future smart mobile device world.
