摘要
The effective enhancement of the electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) of tris(2,2'-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) (Ru(bpy)(3)(2+))/tripropylamine (TPrA) system was achieved on CdS nanocrystals film modified glassy carbon electrode (CdS NCs/GCE), which was mainly attributed to the more facile direct oxidation of TPrA on US NCs film. The ECL detection for Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) with CdS NCs/GCE resulted in a detection limit of 2.8 x 10(-17) M (S/N= 3), which may lead to more efficient immunoassay and DNA analysis based on Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) ECL.
