Mineral matter characterization in olive stones by joint use of LTA, XRD, FT-IR and SEM-EDX

摘要
A methodology for the characterization of mineral species present in coals is presented. The methodology is based on combining spectroscopic and other techniques. Using olive stones, the possibilities of the methodology at the low end of the range of mineral contents are quantified.
