摘要
The paper aims to examine the impact of caring organizational moral climate on organizational citizenship behavior and job performance and the interdependent self's moderating effects on the relationships among them. Through hierarchical regression analysis of the 380 sample data from Chinese public sector, it showed that caring organizational moral climate has significant positive effects on the organizational citizenship behavior. And interdependent self doesn't have the moderating effects on the relationship between them, but does have direct significant influences on organizational citizenship behavior. At the same time, caring organizational moral climate also has positive effects on the job performance, and interdependent self plays a moderating role. Therefore, it is suggested that the construction of caring organizational moral climate should be paid enough attention in the process of organization development.
