摘要
Laser-arc hybrid welding is attracting attention as a welding method that offers the advantages such as deeper penetration, faster welding speed, wider gap tolerance, sound welding bead, reduction of welding defects, etc.; its characteristics have been studied in various research projects. In this study, hybrid welding with laser and MIG welding at pulsed mode was performed for the joining of aluminium alloy. By changing arc welding mode of CMT and CMT+ pulse mixed mode during hybrid welding, it was confirmed that there are differences in the weldabilty depending on the mode. The material used in the study is A6061-T6 aluminum alloy; the laser heat source used was a fiber laser with a maximum output of 5 kW. As a result, stability of the bead was good during laser-CMT arc hybrid welding, but the bead width was relatively narrow compared to that of the other arc modes. Laser-pulsed arc and laser-CMT pulsed arc hybrid welding processes showed weldability levels of aluminium alloy that were almost the same.
