Nonclassical Transport in Nonequilibrium Flows

摘要
The present paper is concerned with results of kinetic effects of the anomalous transport for a new class of nonequilibrium flows for different problems. Some of these problems are related to nonequilibrium conditions on either free boundaries or solid boundaries. The Nonuniform Relaxation Problem (NRP), a classical 1D heat transfer problem but with the nonequilibrium boundary condition on one surface and the problem with the "membrane-like" boundary conditions are studied. Complex nonequilibrium flows can also be formed due to the special equilibrium boundary conditions. Possible nonequilibrium flows with anomalous transport of stress and heat are observed and discussed. The second law of thermodynamic is treated in terms of the H-theorem which is confirmed for these flows. The Fourier equation in the scales of the mean free path can be violated but the Clausius formulation of the second law can be valid. Possible experiments for testing the effects and schemes for the new microscale technologies are discussed. The problem of a search for natural referents representing the effects is considered as well.
