摘要
Over the last several years, the achievement of wireless communication technologies has brought convenience and amazing services to users. Visible light communication (VLC), especially Optical Camera Communication (OCC) is considered as a promising candidate to improve the performance of indoor communication as the complement of wireless radio frequency (RF) communications. Combining OCC with software-defined small cell networks will substantially improve the user data rates in indoor heterogeneous networks.
