摘要
A capillary column is prepared has dimensions of 30 m x 0.53 mm and a 2.82-mu m layer of poly(1-trimethylsilyl-1-propyne) (PTMSP). The loading capacity and thermal stability are studied and compared to a commercial Rt-Q-BOND column with dimensions of 30 m x 0.32 mm x 10 mu m. It is shown that the loading capacity with respect to ethylbenzene is 160 ng for a column with a PTMSP layer 2.82 mu m thick, which is 8 times higher than for an Rt-Q-BOND column with a layer of a poly(divinylbenzene) sorbent 10 mu m thick. The separating capacity of the prepared column, calculated for certain pairs of the peaks of the components of the butene-butane fraction, is superior to that of an Rt-Q-BOND column. The macrozone of methane, the fraction of which in the mixture is more than 90%, is selectively separated from the related impurities. A comparative assessment of the repeatability of the retention times of sulfur compounds on the studied column and a commercial column shows satisfactory repeatability, and the relative mean square deviation (RMSD) does not exceed 0.47%.
