摘要
The central objective of this study was to obtain a 3D printable ink with possible application in regenerative medicine. On this line, we developed printable inks based on alginate in a concentration of 5% and ClositeNa (ClNa) in two concentration (18% and 20%.) All the ink formulations were characterized from the point of view of printability, then a roundness analyze was performed to quantify the printing fidelity. It could be observed that with the increase of the clay concentration, the structural integrity of the scaffolds was enhanced. Also, all the materials were charaterized using FTIR, SEM, TGA and Nanoindentation analysis.
