摘要
For the informationization problem of the conventional operation analysis technology, a new analysis approach was developed based on digital technology and genetic algorithm. In conventional operation analysis, the operation time is always regarded as the main factor, and the influences of work intensity are often ignored. In this paper, digitized operation information was established after classifying, digital coding and converting the original operation date. Meanwhile, the work intensity factor and work time factor were incorporated into the new mathematical model and an efficient improved genetic algorithm is applied to get optimal solution of the new developed model. The result of example indicates that the proposed approach could decrease the fatigue expenditure level of the operators and optimize operation layout.
